Calling All First Responders: Sign Up for Our Special First Responders Heat!

To pay tribute to Adam and all of our first responder personnel, we have organized a special first responders heat at this year's HAMMY!

Simply select the First Responder heat on the event registration page. This heat is scheduled to run at 12:20 p.m.

First responders can tackle this workout as an individual or with a partner. Partners can be Female/Male, Male/Male or Female/Female - and you can choose to split the workout as prescribed or with the weight and scaled movements of your choice!
